1. Are there more lamp options?

Our lamps come with a 10 foot clear cord.

2. What is your product guarantee policy?

If you are not happy for any reason, return your order for a full refund or exchange. If your lamp arrives damaged we will issue a call tag to pick it up, with no expense to you.

3. Do you have a confidentiality policy?

We never sell or trade our customer list to anyone for any reason. Your contact information is used by us to process for order and to let you know about new items, specials, and other company news. If you do not want to be on our mailing list, ask to have your name removed.

Regarding your credit card information, the shopping cart system we use is a secured system. In addition to the usual secure servers and encryption, your credit card is divided into two parts. The first part is transmitted to us with your order. The second part comes from a different server which we must access with a special password that is ours alone. If you are not comfortable giving your credit card information online, we are available to take your order by phone at 800-643-5267, mail at G. Regarding your credit card information, the shopping cart system we use is very secure in the way it handles credit card numbers. In addition to the usual secure servers and encryption, your credit card number is divided into two parts. The first part is transmitted to us with your order. We must get the second part from a separate secure server by using a special password that is ours alone. We believe the "Americart" system is very safe.
